Beta 2 - many fixes

I am so happy to welcome you to Beta 2! :D

• Added "Eight's Options", check the Options in the main menu.
• Added "Grounded Turn", "Grab Wallrun" and "New Dive".
• Removed the Big Destructible hit state.
• Made destructibles instantly give you the points instead of spawning collectables.
• Added Lap Portals to replace the Lap Doors.
• Removed some leftover debug code. Except one...
• theres probably more that i forgot, so it's a secret! :)

I'm getting closer to releasing version 1!
